Goodyear Sure Grip Traction Tires
The Goodyear Sure Grip Traction is an all season tire made for tractors.
The directional lug placement and the tire’s consistent surface contact are used to boost controllability. This combination enables the tire to increase its steering responsiveness and driving stability. In other words, it guaranteed quick and precise steering responses, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. The driver’s full control over the vehicle during its versatile terrain applications is guaranteed.
Better field terrain traction is also ensured. The directional lug placement and high void ratio work together to optimize the tire’s soft and loose terrain grip. They provide the necessary traction to ensure the tire’s consistent forward motion, upgrading its off-road terrain performance. This footprint is kept clean with a high void ratio. This is achieved with the high void ratio which disperses mud and snow from between the tread elements. The stronger traction allows the tire to turn its twisting motion into positive traction on high-torque surfaces.
The Goodyear Sure Grip Traction provides superb damage resistance. The reinforced, triple-tempered cord structure maintains the ideal tire shape under load and driving pressure. As the tire does not deform, its load durability is boosted. However, this construction also protects the tire from external damage, especially when it is used on rugged field surfaces. It guards the tread area and sidewalls from cracking and impact issues, booting its usability.
This specific tire model features a BIASED ply construction.
There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.
This is a Tubed Type Tire (TT), which requires an inner tube to properly function. This purchase does not include the inner tube or flaps.
The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire’s overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer’s recommendation. This advertised number is provided to TireMart.com by the tire manufacturer.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
