Kenda Commercial Turf Tires

The Kenda Commercial Turf is an all season tire made for lawn mowers and other garden equipment designed for commercial applications.

The tire offers a lengthened usability. The durable compound blend and the excellent damage resistance work together to optimize the treadwear rate and avoid external damage. The siped lug pattern and the wear-resistant compound blend combat irregular and premature wear across the footprint. On the other hand, the thicker rubber on the surface contact area protects the tire from punctures, cuts, and other external damage. This leads to a longer-lasting tread life.

The siped tread design provides the necessary traction on soft and loose terrains. This enables the model to conquer various turf terrains with ease, ensuring their consistent forward motion. Better soft traction also makes sure the tire does not damage the turf. It minimizes the driving pressure placed on the grass surface, preventing excessive traction from loosening up the ground. As a result, the tire promotes a turf-friendly driving experience.

The Kenda Commercial Turf maintains surface contact throughout the drive. The ideal footprint maintains surface contact, which leads to better steering responsiveness and driving stability. In other words, it offers faster and more precise steering responses to the driver’s commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. The driver’s consistent control over the vehicle is guaranteed in this manner.

This is a bias ply tire. Due to the tire’s internal construction and size, it is possible that the tire will look deformed. Smaller bias ply tires do not have reinforced constructions that can keep the tire from deforming. The bias construction and the small tire’s non-reinforced internal structure allow the tire to fold in when it is deflated or not properly inflated. This is not constructional damage or an issue; it is a normal occurrence with such tires. In such cases, the tire needs to be mounted and inflated to the proper PSI or, in some instances, an inner tube needs to be added. The proper PSI and the inner tube are able to maintain the tire’s ideal shape, preventing the bias plies from looking deformed. This ensures their performing safety and durability.

The photo is a representation of the tire’s possible deformation, it does not represent the specific tire model, size, tread pattern and application.

This specific tire model features a BIASED ply construction.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
